We offer a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

We do not require customers to return the product in order to receive a refund. However, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or if the request does not meet our policy conditions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items

Refunds
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
